What being a woman in construction means to Sara: I have had the pleasure of working on the operations team for Redwood Living for the past 8 years as a Neighborhood Manager and Regional Manager. Having an opportunity to work alongside the construction team in the build of our lease-up neighborhoods has expanded my knowledge in the field and provided opportunities to deliver beautiful homes for our residents.

As a women in the industry, I have developed great relationships with our construction team and vendors to assist with the process that has grown to over 20 neighborhoods in Michigan to date. Alongside our team, we walk every home in the construction phase to ensure we are delivering a great product that we are happy to have our new residents call home. I am very passionate about the Redwood Product- we deliver a build that is horizontal which provides a remarkable feature that people continue to search for. Redwood has provided learning opportunities for me to continue my career in operations and I look forward to the future neighborhoods we have planned to build in the future!
