Redwood Neighborhoods are built on a foundation of quality, comfort and community. To honor the residents who make these neighborhoods remarkable, and thank them for choosing to call Redwood home, the company observes Resident Appreciation Months every February, July and November. 

A Tradition of Thoughtful Recognition 

During each Resident Appreciation Month, Redwood offers residents a thoughtfully curated gift as a heartfelt thank you. July’s surprise was a custom spice blend perfect for enhancing summer meals and backyard barbecues, while February featured a cozy, branded tea towel to bring extra warmth to the season. These gestures reflect Redwood’s ongoing commitment to making residents feel seen, valued and truly at home — turning appreciation into something they can experience in a personal, tangible way. 

A Signature Experience in November 

While every appreciation month is special, November includes a standout tradition: the Redwood Forest Getaway. Each year, two residents are selected to receive an all-expenses-paid trip for two to the iconic Redwood Forest. Winners are chosen at random from across all of Redwood’s neighborhoods. 

The trip offers an opportunity to explore the towering trees and natural beauty of one of America’s most scenic destinations — an unforgettable experience in appreciation of the residents who help shape life at Redwood.
